The validity period of driving licenses obtained from foreign countries in Poland is 185 days. "Turkish citizens who reside in Poland and want to change their driver's license in Poland (by making an appointment at www.konsolosluk.gov.tr) can visit the Turkish Embassy in Warsaw." They must apply personally to the Consular Branch and declare their address and submit the following documents proving that they have lived in Poland for at least 6 months:

Employees for:

Turkish Republic Identity Card/passport (photocopy)
Polish visa or residence card (photocopy)
Stayed in Poland for at least 6 months "Zaswiadczenie o Zgloszeniu do Obowiazkowych Ubezpieczen" document obtained from the ZUS Institution (with wet signature and stamp) proving that you are working as an insured person
Employment contract made with the company you work for in Poland (original and photocopy)
Residence Rental agreement for the purchased house (original and photocopy)

For students:

T.R. Identity Card/passport (photocopy)
Polish visa or residence card (photocopy)
If living at home, rental agreement (original and photocopy)
Starting school and Student Certificate with current date and wet signature, with expiry dates written as day/month/year.
