Polish Residence Card application is made by the Foreigner personally.

In order to apply for a Polish Residence Card, the Foreigner must be present in Poland and the original of his Passport must be submitted during the application.

On the day the Polish Residence Card application is made, the foreigner must have a visa with a stay of at least 45 days (please do not confuse it with the visa validity period) in his/her passport.
